i was searching high and low for the perfect fully upholstered couch for my screened porch. I did this search online and came across GreatHouse's website where they had what I was looking for and it was even on sale! I live in Ohio and this store is located in California but despite not being physically present, I felt I received great service from salesperson Katy and the owner Paul. all I had to do was make a call to their location to make an inquiry and from that point on they provided great service. Katy was a great help by personally emailing fabric samples and giving her professional opinion. I received my couch today and I am beyond happy with the product and fabric selection. Paul personally followed up with me from thanking me for my business to ensuring delivery. i would not hesitate to purchase from them again for anything else I need for home furnishings

Our family was blown away by the customer service experience at Great House. Corie was so helpful and patient in our couch selection process. We had our 3 boys with us and she was also incredibly patient and kind with them. They even provided toys for them to play with which gave us some time to focus on what we wanted to purchase. We had purchased a west elm house only 1.5 years ago and already needed to replace it due to the poor quality. The couch we have now exceeds our expectations and the delivery process was also top-notch. We'll never buy a couch from another store again. My parents and in-laws also have had couches from Great House for 8+ years and they still in amazing shape and so comfortable. That's what brought us in. Can't recommend them more!
